Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Express Shipping (International): 5–15 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local delays, or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly from your order confirmation or on our Order Tracking page.

Customs & Import Taxes

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

We stand behind the quality of our Spot Off stain remover. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unopened or unused items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@spotoff.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at support@spotoff.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
